Cancellations, 1-6 Nights- Rooms canceled
within a week of their date will be billed to your credit card unless
they are re-booked by another guest, in which case there is no charge. There are no
charges for rooms canceled outside of a week's notice.

check-out afterwards: Fourth of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve/Christmas. This is known as a stay-thru.
Groups- We have a 2 room per party limit... apologies but we do not accept group reservations as we have found that vacation rentals are more suited for them. We ask, too, that you not try to get around this by booking rooms separately.
